Returns & Refunds policy

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Because of the custom nature of our work, refunds are handled as follows:

Custom & Personalized Orders

• Custom or personalized items are non-refundable once production has begun.

• This includes engraved, etched, or otherwise customized items.

Errors or Defects

If we make an error or the item arrives defective:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• We may repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.

Non-Customized Items

If a product is not customized:

• Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Item must be unused and in original condition.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before production begins.
